Intrinsic Physical Therapy

This physical therapy practice focuses on the whole you. Yoga offerings include chair yoga, vinyasa and meditation. Wonderful teachers in an immaculate space. Yoga is for everyone regardless of age or skill level. Highly recommend Lynn Culbertson and her staff.

Lynn keeps an immaculate studio and sees one patient at a time which is so important given Covid-19. She really know the body and is able to target the areas that I need. She is a delightful person and I look forward to my visits with her.

I have worked with Lynne doing physical therapy and gentle yoga for 10 years. She is very intuitive meaning she just knows what body part needs work and targets that area. I am very pleased with all the help she has given me. Now I am taking chair yoga by way of Zoom as we are all sequestered do to Covid. I look forward to our twice a week sessions so I can stretch out all my kinks.

Extremely thorough evaluation and very individualized treatment. Lynn got me out of back pain I did not think could be relieved. She supported me before and after surgery. I had seen 4-5 PTs and she was just hands down the best, most helpful, and great bedside manner. Highly recommend.
