I was sent to this store from a friend who said the staff was great and I have to agree that it was. I was greeted at the door with a welcoming smile. I was so turned off by Verizon, and it showed in my attitude but the ladies were so pleasent. I would have canceled all my service if it wasn't for the store manager Janice and her staff, they even offered me water (who does that). This old school type of customer service needs to be brought back into most of your store. If anything the ladies here should train all the other Verizon employees in how to interact with upset customers. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had at any location.
