“Recently renovated the gym, how it has assisted weight machines instead of being all free weights, also got more cardio machines and updated the existing ones. Has a full sized pool with a lifeguard and a nurse on staff as well.”

“Best weightlifting gym around. Coach Danny is very precise with his coaching and upfront. If you are learning how to Olympic lift or even just get your fitness level up I highly suggest this place.”

“Riverstone Yoga provided a guided meditation and a drum circle for our company executive retreat. Patricia was a delight to work with - so accessible and patient. She led the group meditation in a way that was comfortable and serene, yet also practical in that we could immediately use the techniques in our (stressful) workdays. The group loved the drum circle - it really was a fun teambuilding experience. They raved about the meditation and the drum circle, and several people have let me know that it was, by far, the best retreat we've ever had!”

“Took my 6 year old today as school was unexpectedly canceled. Alan introduced us and even helped coach my daughter. There were three lines where you don't need someone to help which was more enough for us. My daughter has climbed before at lifetime fitness. This was more challenging for her but she did great. Alan even showed her how to boulder (safely) and gave her challenge routes which she loved. I'd recommend this facility for sure. Thanks for a great day today!”

“Nothing but good experiences at this club. I tried a number of different fitness clubs in the area before joining LAF. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful. My experience is that members (young and old) are friendly and respectful of one another. Locker room always clean (including showers). Sauna always works properly and is clean. Wide variety of well maintained resistance training equipment and lots of equipment so usually no waiting around. Abundant free parking. Pool looks clean and well maintained but I haven’t used it. Hot tub works well and is clean. Easy access from I-95. Manager Orlando does a superb job running this facility and provides excellent customer service.”

“Great Gym- I'm new to boxing and this gym has great teachers, great location with a lot of parking, and really nice other people who go there. Plus your first week is free! If you sign up for a boxing membership, you can also go to the yoga on Sundays. They also provide zumba! This is definitely a hidden gem. All the classes I've been to so far definitely kick your butt! :)”

“Belmars is just the kind of no-nonsense, positive vibes, old school boxing gym I was looking for. Classes with Peter and Toni are great. They motivate, encourage, and train. The classes are a great mix of ages and genders and skill levels. If you want to go beyond the basics, you can with personal training. If you want a positive atmosphere to learn boxing, the group classes are a solid choice.”
