“After wearing a variety of different types of ear warmers over many many years, I find the Sprigs ear bags are by far the best. They fit comfortably and securely, keep my ears toasty warm and are so light weight that I forget I’m wearing them. My head doesn’t feel squeezed like it did with wraparound types of ear muffs or bands and I can wear my sunglasses without an annoying ear pinch. They’re so small and compact that I keep a pair in my coat and another in my jacket, making them very convenient to use since they are always have with me. I particularly like them for jogging and find I don’t need to also wear a hat if my ears stay warm.”

“Pure class. I called Doug at Hudson Cabinetry Design early in the process of commissioning a 15-foot built-in, floor-to-ceiling media wall unit. He was incredibly generous with his time, spending about an hour discussing our goals and his company's capabilities. We ended up hiring a different company with a lower quote. But progressing the project with them ended up being a huge struggle, and two months in, they just stopped responding. We quickly went back to Doug, and the difference in professionalism was striking. He was at our apartment the next day to take measurements, significantly improved on the other company's preliminary design, and gave us a reasonable work timeline that held. Doug also pointed out the inferior materials and fabrication proposed by the other company that had allowed them to quote lower. Throughout the process, Doug was very responsive and provided invaluable guidance. We had specific dimensional requirements to maximize storage for a vinyl record collection, while keeping aesthetics in line with our pre-war apartment. Doug always gave us a range of good options when it came to design choices, and was patient and accommodating through rounds of tweaks. We especially appreciated his candor when we floated ideas that he didn't think would work well. The installation team—Cesar, Don Bolivar and David—were also fantastic. In addition to top-notch work with clear attention to detail (especially along our uneven ceiling and floor, and around existing mouldings), they were super friendly, tidy, and respectful of our home throughout the two-day job. It was a pleasure working with Hudson Cabinetry Design from start to finish. We hope to have an excuse to work with Doug and his team again.”

“Danny and his team are the best! We had a horrible summer with tons of mosquitoes and I would get bit as soon as I stepped outside. I gave Danny a call and he came shortly after to assess our property and sprayed the same day. He uses nontoxic chemicals which was important to us since we have a dog and baby who play in the backyard. We noticed a significant decrease in the amount of mosquitoes and allowed us to actually use our backyard in the summer. He is super communicative and let’s me know in advance when he’s going to come spray our backyard so we can plan around it (even though it dries quick in about 20 minutes anyway). Highly recommend him for your buggy needs!”

“Susan Lawrence catered a tea party for my delayed bridal shower this past weekend. We got a variety of food, which was wonderful! We regularly get cakes from here as they are so great but they really went above and beyond in designing this tea cup cake. This cake was not only beautiful but delicious. It is worth mentioning that it was 91 degrees and we are over 20 minutes from Susan Lawrence so we were worried that the cake would melt- but they put such care into creating the cake and ensuring that it got to our house just fine!
