He is personable and completely knowledgeable. I bought the vacuum off Amazon, and broke it (through my own stupidity) the first day. Brian saved me! If you are looking to buy a high-end vacuum, I'd suggest that you start there. Brian will steer you to exactly what you need, and make sure you know how to use it. I've learned my lesson.
