The Fit Stop Fitness Center

I first joined the Fitstop Fitness Center after spending a year at a large chain gym and let me tell you it was night and day. The classes offered at the Fitstop really help you take your fitness to the next level, no matter where you are starting from. The family atmosphere and challenges they give you keep you striving to improve yourself. Im a full time working mom of 3 little kids and their schedules and remote options make it doable even for me. If you are looking for a friendly supportive gym with programs that keep you accountable for your health and wellness you should check them out!

By far the most comfortable & accountable gym I have ever been to. You set the goal, they give you all the tools & motivation you need to reach it. The members & staff become your friends and the gym becomes your second home! You learn how to make healthy living and being fit a lifestyle and you love it along the way!!

The Fit Stop has so much to offer. I had no idea what to expect when I joined- they set you up to succeed with nutrition ans fitness. The Coaches are amazing- everyone of them. Right by your side helping you along the way. They even enjoy pushing you a little harder because they know you can. Where I was six months ago compares to know- I can't believe the differences I see in myself.

I can't say enough about the atmosphere of this gym. From the staff to the members everyone is friendly, helpful, and fun! Whether you are looking for a place to take classes, lose weight, or just use the equipment this is the place for you. This place has a little of everything with fun classes, amazing trainers, and great challenges. All the people care (from the members to the staff) and make you accountable. I have enjoyed every moment! Plus I was able to lose weight while earning some great prizes and learning how to be a healthier me! There is nothing that can come close to this gym! I would highly recommend it!

The Fit Stop is an amazing place to go if you’re looking to change your lifestyle and not just a quick fix. Everyone of the trainers and the owner is very supportive and makes sure you’re getting what you need out of their programs. They’re are quite a few challenges each year that help to keep you focused while taking your nutrition and lifestyle to the next level. They have really started a healthy movement in our town and I couldn’t be happier being a part of the Fit Stop Fam!
