“For a small town hardware store, they have just about anything you could get from a big box store. Working for a farm, I occasionally need some odd fittings or tools, I go look, and they have it! If they don't have what you're looking for, they can probably get it in short order! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful when your not sure what you need. “Unique place that let's you see bug type wildlife up close. Most specimens are in separate 3-ish foot enclosures that let you get just the right view. They change some of them (smaller enclosures) regularly, so it is worth coming back every other month or so. Also have a small ocean exhibit to highlight how some bugs are related to ocean life. You get to see coral, horseshoe crabs, starfish, and other critters. And then there's the "butterfly room". A walk-through room with HUNDREDS of butterflies. All different species, sizes, and colors. This place is great for people and kids that aren't freaked out by bugs. I HATE spiders, and I was even able to hold Rosie (smaller desert tarantula). Definitely worth the visit at least once, and even regularly for local folks.”
