I never had a root canal, they not only informed about each step they followed up with reminders of what I had to do pre op. “Dr. Choe is one of the best dentist/periodontists I have seen. My entire experience at their practice is positive and would highly recommend them. My only concern is the billing/insurance ecosystem (you pay full upfront and practice submits for insurance later which usually reimburse us for about 50-60% upfront cost paid), but since my current dental work is low cost this is not a major concern. If I was going through major dental procedure, this would be a concern. But besides this, everyone is kind, considerate and respectful, Dr Choe is amazing at what he does.”

“Chad is an amazing dental hygienist. He is the reason I go to the Delaware location. A couple suggestions: Your customers should be able to contact the office. They are working with directly your call center has no idea what's going on on the floor or in the dental office. They are so far removed from service. This would be the reason why I would go to another dentist. In addition, if you keep taking on new patients, you should hire more dentists and dental hygienists. If you keep advertising for more patience, but you can't serve them what is the sense of wasting your money on advertising? Thank you”

“Was having really bad tooth pain. Came in for a consult and cleaning and the entire staff was so amazing. The music they played made me feel super comfortable. Had horrible dentist/orthodontist experiences in the past & this office made my anxiety melt away. When I came back for my wisdom teeth to be extracted they were super open and honest. The assistant Anthony was SO comforting. Saw I was in pain after the extraction and gave me medicine. The front desk ladies made sure I was comfortable & made me laugh after everything was done. Couldn’t recommend this dentist office enough. For anyone that has fears or anxiety about the dentist like me this place will make all your worries go away!”
