“CCC repaired a balky and grinding clutch on my 2007 G35S Infiniti that had been misdiagnosed for years and probably installed improperly---it was my 2nd clutch. Anthony gave me 3 options to remediate the problem, advising me on the least costly. My Infiniti now runs better than it has in years. I can say that CrotonCarClub did a superb job at a decent price. My only complaint was that the job took longer than initially promised, but it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend CCC.”

“If this is for the Freeman's Bridge store, the last time that I went was late at night after a fireworks display nearby. “This lady sandra was definitely the worst customer I have ever done business with. She doesn't mention that she was stuck in the pouring rain with her son unable to drive home she was treated with great customer service and was also given a great price for the work done.Her car needed a wiper motor,wiper transmission,wiper arms,2 new wipers, windshield wiper fluid, 3 quarts of motor oil, air in tires, cleaned the fire wall full of 10 pounds of leaves, coolant and a couple of other things. She was told a price of around $ 500 with labor. When the car was ready she was told the shop closed at 5:30pm and she would not be able to pay with a credit card bc the store does not have access to my credit card machine. 2 separate businesses. She decides to come at 11 PM for some odd reason with no money and wants to take the car??? Now here is the best part I feel bad so I give her $100 off the price so now all that work and she pays $400 bc I'm such a bad person but it's ok... now she pays with her credit card. She calls the next day and wants to cancel the transaction and use another card for the payment lol... sorry I was not born yesterday...To all machanic shop owners Beware of this lady stay away !!!!”
