I used to come regularly, when I worked on 1st and St. Mark's. Then I moved to working at 2nd and 21st, but I'd still pop in, hopping off the six for a quick threading before work. Then the pandemic happened, and I started working in South Brooklyn and was left to my own devices. I noticed that my brows had an arch problem (like a nasty old man), and I thought, "I need to get this fixed," and damn if she didn't fix that today. Without judgement. Without comment! I was in the chair for much longer than I used to, but no one indicated that it's what you get for waiting three years to get your brows done. The space is sparse but it's clean. It's immaculate. They're back after a brief relocation, and I'll be back in the new year for another threading.”

Unfortunately Jaclyn was unavailable and I needed to get them done ASAP. So I had to go somewhere else and I’m not satisfied at all. It’s not that they look horrible, but they’re not nearly as good as when jaclyn does them. She always shapes them perfectly and never makes them too thin.
