“First let me start off by saying, if you’re questioning whether or not you want to coming to this salon DO NOT ANYMORE. I had the most exceptional and professional experience at Hair Reformation. I came in with a full disaster from a previous salon in Buffalo called “the golden hour salon”. The pictures attached are less than 24 hours after a “stylist” at golden hour had done my hand ties. It was absolutely horrific. She did an awful job not only placing and sewing in the hair but also the color was nowhere near my hair color so the extensions did not match AT ALL. I had my best friends wedding that weekend where I was asked to give a speech in front of 300 people so you can only imagine how badly I needed my hair to look perfect! Unfortunately leaving golden hour I was in extreme pain from the sew in they had done to the point where I had a migraine so bad that I didn’t sleep a min through the night. The next morning I searched high and low to have someone take the extensions out immediately. PRAISE THE LORD, I found Natalie and her incredible team at Hair Reformation. She had me come in right away and we’re in absolute shock when they saw how bad the extensions from the previous salon had been falling out. They quickly removed them and I was so relieved because the pain was gone. I was still in a panic because I needed my hair done for that weekend and the team told me not to worry, they quickly booked an appointment for me that week before I left. Fast forward to day of getting my hair done, I came in so excited and ready. Not only did they meet my expectations but the truly went above and beyond. Victoria sewed in the extensions and I felt no pain! She did it absolutely perfectly. She didn’t stop there. She dyed my extensions and my hair to blend and I will say I have never had my color come out exactly what I wanted but she nailed it! My hair looked absolutely stunning! It was everything I expected and more. Now that I’m in Buffalo, I am only going to the hair reformation salon. They really are the BEST! I’m not letting anyone ever touch my hair if it’s not Natalie, Victoria and the incredible team. They were so kind, patient, professional and the sweetest! Best salon hands down!”

“This is my 3rd natural beauty salon and I can finally say I’ve found a stylist. Before I talk about the great qualities, much must be said about the front desk and the miscommunication. I called 1 week prior to scheduling an appointment. I asked the receptionist to give me a moment as I wanted to read reviews to determine which hairdresser I will go with as this was my first time. I called her back about 5 minutes later and stated, “I will go with Miss Casey”. She corrected me and said “Casey is a man” which didn’t bother me one bit. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of time as I didn’t want to be late. I introduced myself and stated I was here for Casey. The receptionist immediately became confused and said I was booked with someone else. I insisted that is NOT who I asked for and I wanted Casey if possible. Casey overheard and walked over. He politely and generously apologized for the mixup and offered to start me but I had to wait as he already booked another woman under my time slot. The only issue with that was I had something scheduled after my hair appointment and couldn’t make it so I was quite frustrated. Now about Casey. What a wonderful stylist! He’s amazing. He was punctual (considering the e mix up). Directive with questions about my hair. Trimmed well. Fast and washed my hair so well while explaining what products he was using every step of the way. Casey I hope one day you open your own salon. You are destined for greatness As far as the front desk they need someone more mature and organized. Lastly, when I asked to speak to Casey the receptionist told me —- “no, the stylist don’t talk to customers.” I found this odd but went along with it. Had they allowed a conversation like I asked, perhaps we could have avoided this double booking and my disappointment that I had to wait to be seen although I was given a time slot. Overall I will return but it won’t be frequently.”
