“I have been to a good amount of dog groomers in this area and other places I’ve lived but no one was quite as warm, welcoming, and professional as Meghan. Not only did she work with my schedule but she also took the time to ask me questions about my dogs and truly got to know their personalities. I felt 100% safe leaving them in her care. When I picked them up they smelled great and looked amazing. Without exaggeration it was the best groom my dogs have ever had. After several bad experiences with petsmart- or should I say petstupid, I gave up trying to buy fish from them that most of the time were unhealthy and died soon after. At $4 a gallon for gas and the time involved, I'd rather not be driving all over the world to return their dead fish. This is how I ended up at this store almost 45 minutes away from home and Kristen is the sole reason I will travel that far for fish purchases. Along with her excellent customer service skills and extensive knowledge of fish and aquariums and everything to go along with them, she orders an awesome variety of colorful fish for every type of setup you could imagine. “I recently acquired a fish tank from a friend who was moving away. I have absolutely no experience with fish, but thought it would be a fun hobby for my toddler. We are loving our fish tank, and this fish shop is a huge reason why, I can’t speak highly enough about the crew at A&R! They have been so helpful and patient with teaching me how to care for my tank. When we sadly lost a fish, they worked with me to test the alkaline levels of my tank and taught me how to do a water change so I could get back on track. They obviously care so much about their animals and their customers. BUT, the best part about A&R is how absolutely wonderful they are when I come in with my daughter. My two year old is obsessed with the fish, and they completely indulge her curiosities. They let her touch the snakes, they let her watch as they feed the lizards, they show her beetles and turtles and all sorts of amazing things. It’s always an adventure when we visit. I wish I could buy a new fish every week just so we could visit and support this business! We might end up with a full aquarium before we know it!”
