Believe it or not, they came pleasant as well as professional and loaded up boxes like a pro down the stairs. They were careful with our furniture and made way out with queen size bed that we had out of the stairways with their determination and technique just because it did not go through our custom-made windows. We appreciated their flexible and positive attitude which they potrayed in every aspect of our move.”

“This is the fourth time I’ve used Serenity and every time has gone smoothly. They are extremely fast and efficient when it comes to packing and loading the truck. They are also careful with your belongings. The staff is always friendly and hard working. Most recently, they performed a move from North Jersey to Bucks County, PA. They held my belongings overnight in the truck and delivered everything first thing the following morning, which made for a busy couple days but everything went as smooth as you could hope for with a large move. I have to say thank you to Maxwell, he’s organized all my moves over the phone and provides a first rate level of service and availability. “This location of CubeSmart has great staff. Both Chris and Jonathan have been very helpful with my move-in. Jonathan stayed later the day of move-in and was generally very helpful. Chris offered to help me with receiving my packages and having them stored in my Cube upon arrival. While I forget the name of the other manager, she too was very helpful with updating the information in the insurance documents. Overall, I highly recommend this CubeSmart location.”
