(August 15, 2016, 6:56 pm)Great Customer Service and very professional and helpful staff. I have barely been back in the US for 4 weeks, and have been to this store multiple times. If i found something a tad expensive, the staff actually read my mind and made every effort to offer a discount under some pretext. An antique looking chess board i bought had a piece short,they exchanged it gladly, quickly.The Store Manager is also very approachable, she mentioned being a convert from longtime customer of Pier 1, to staff. Good going, keep it going
