(April 16, 2020, 3:43 pm)My last visit to Hemet Miracle-Ear was time for some adjustments. Lee made some what he considered to be minor adjustments, however, the results were anything but minor. The improvement was astounding . I've had my hearing aids for about 5 years and have been completely satisfied with the service that I've received from the Hemet location. THANK YOU !

(September 4, 2019, 4:13 pm)I wanted to know if my ears had significant wax buildup, so I booked a free exam for the next day. Not only did I get to see on a monitor the live video of my ear canals (all good), but Lee Hagans also took the time to do a full hearing test (all good) lasting about 20 minutes. Thank you for going beyond my expectations with your quality customer service.
(August 1, 2019, 12:56 pm)My husband and I stopped into Miracle Ear in Hemet. The receptionist Dee Dee was very sweet, kind and friendly. They were able to squeeze us into their schedule. Juan took a few pictures of my husband ear and displayed them in a monitor. He explained all the new advancement and technology with hearing aids and options available and how they can be fined tuned over time. He did not pressure us to purchase, his primary concern was to help my husband hearing. Lee Hagans, the Hearing Specialist then performed a thorough hearing test. We were so impressed with the entire process. We were happy with the device they recommended and built a package around our needs. We highly recommend Miracle Ear in Hemet and this Amazing staff.

Very attentive and patient making sure his hearing aid is working well for him and also making sure it is clean. We appreciate all the time and care he puts into making my dad’s hearing as best as possible! We highly recommend Miracle Ear.
