(January 25, 2023, 11:43 am)After receiving horrendous Customer Service at Roxboro NC Enterprise, I called this Hertz office for assistance with a rental while my vehicle is in for repairs after a car accident. Ashley; the Customer Service Representative went out of her way to work with the Insurance company to arrange a proper vehicle for me. I was unable to make it to the office to make the arrangements myself so Ashley worked with the insurance company over the phone. I was contacted in less than 1/2 hr with a confirmation number. It’s really nice to have someone go above for you in a time that it seems like customer service is at an all time low!! Thank you Ashley, I appreciate you!

(August 28, 2022, 7:48 am)I was needing to rent a full size car on short notice due to a death in the family. They were able to accommodate me, and gave me a much better rate than I could find anywhere online. I would definately use their car rental services in the future.
