I've been a reoccurring customer to this location and I have never been let down! I'd particularly like to thank Wayne, Marci, Dre and Alexis for all of their help in helping me find the perfect engagement ring for my soon to be wife! Marci initially helped us pick out the ring and wedding band which took a while. Dre answered a lot of my questions over the phone every time I called in. Alexis helped me figure out what to engrave on the ring. And last but not least, Wayne ordered the specific ring and helped me figure out the best way to finance it! Above all else, Wayne is my guy! I will definitely be returning to this store to shop with him and his team for any jewelry purchases in the future!

I received a sale card from Kay in the mail. The low price of the jewelry makes it very affordable to buy for myself or give as a gift. I have bought all of my jewelry from Kay Jewelers and have been very happy with the product and the service.
If you can’t find an item ask for Wayne, he is an awesome jewelry consultant at the Burlington location in NC. If you talk to him he will genuinely try to help you find what it is that you’re looking for. He goes the extra mile and most people don’t. I had previously went to the location on Friendly Avenue in Greensboro, NC and the lady completely dismissed me saying that without information she couldn’t help me. I asked her if there was a way that she could look up the item/part number and possibly give me a location of where I might be able to make a purchase. She still gave me the same answer, “I cannot help you.” Then I come to this location and Wayne automatically goes the extra mile to help. Overall I appreciate Wayne’s customer service at the Burlington, NC location.
