Very happy with my experience with Jason and his sons. After spending months searching for a vehicle, it was refreshing to communicate with a dealer who is up front about their costs and I was pleasantly surprised to find their "no hidden fees" advertisement to be true. In fact, I believe they do offer service contracts and other things based on their website, and they didn't once try to sell anything additional to me. All the vehicles on the lot seem to be clean and in great shape. Jason was very accommodating while I arranged financing after test driving the car (which was cleaned that morning and held for me while I drove up from Charlotte) and patient with me as I am new to the process and was on edge from my previous dealership experiences. They held the car for me while I got everything sorted, and then stayed late so I could pick it up during the week. I traded in my car and while they don't match offers, they were very fair in their appraisal. Jeffrey is very quick with paperwork and explained everything in detail. Bonus - they have an adorable basset hound and coonhound pup hanging around! I am happy to support a small, veteran-owned business like Jason's as apposed to a big box dealership. I can't imagine parting with my Outback any time soon, but when it's time, I would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!
