Living here has been nice so far. Devon did a great job with getting me approved to move in and if I've ever had an issue she is prompt in handling it. Willie from Maintenance is a really great guy and does an efficient job with fixing anything and everything. Everyone is very friendly and it's a great community to join! Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend The Venue Apartment Homes, the apartments are nice, they have plenty of room and most important affordable. I’m truly thankful for the assistance I received from Devon Lowe from our first phone conversation to me signing my lease she was very professional, had a loving personality, she did an outstanding job with helping me and my kids find a place to call home, she was more than helpful. She is phenomenal and I truly thank God for allowing us to cross paths

So far being here has been nice. The front office are wonderful I spoke with Devon and she was very prompt, friendly, and professional. Maintenance is friendly and they have gotten to all of my work orders (which haven't been many) in awesome time. The community is family oriented and multi racial. Haven't seen any insects inside of my home or anything either. That's another plus. Overall I've had a great experience living here.

From start to present I have had a wonderful experience here at The Venue. Devon and Heather have been so patient with me and very pleasant to work with. If I need anything done they make sure it is taken care of in a timely matter. Very grateful! And the apartment is nice and spacious..
