Store assistant Matt was very knowledgeable and helped us find the fridge that suited our current needs.

I purchased a new refrigerator and when it was installed I realized I did not like it at all. Randy at the Burlington store right away found a replacement fridge that I love at no additional charge. Awesome customer service!

I needed a replacement remote for my TV. I I tried to order one from Amazon but when it came in it was the wrong one. I called Best Buy and spoke with customer service without having to be on hold and they placed the order. The next day I went to pick it up and there was no line and customer service was very friendly. The entire process was very easy.
