Incredibly positive experience at Care Now Presidio. I checked in early online and received a phone call shortly thereafter. I was seen by Erena in particular and I cannot begin to express how professional yet personable she was. I appreciated feeling heard, validated, and understood. The staff overall was kind and welcoming. I will make it a point to use this location in the future. Thank you all!

This is the best Care Now facility I've been to and I've visited several Care Now's throughout the years. The check in process was smooth and there was hardly a wait. I was placed in a room quickly and both the nurse and the Dr showed up quickly and were very attentive and caring. They listened to me and my complains about pain, I didn't feel rushed and they applied treatment that no other doctor would. After a couple of shots and a prescription, I walked away feeling hopeful that this pain will go away soon so I can enjoy my upcoming vacation. Thank you!

The staff at the Care Now at Presidio were so friendly! From the front desk to the MT and NP I was made to feel like they cared about me. I received great service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of urgent care!

I’m always very hesitant to go to any urgent care unless absolutely necessary and last resort scenario due to past experiences! All I can say is this CareNow had Unbelievable Quality of Service! From the front desk representative (check in) all the way to medical professional staff!
They were Very thorough and they actually listened to my symptoms! I was IN and OUT in 30 minutes start to finish! Super impressed by the efficiency in the office and at home care plan! They handled my pain immediately with two steroid injections and good medication that I needed to help with at home pain.

I will be back with any future immediate issues! Thank you Lauren Loyd, FNP and the rest of the staff for great care and helping me get back to mommyhood and normal life!
