“All nursing homes have their problems but I have been very satisfied with how my loved one is treated here. Shes been here for nearly 2 years and any issues we have had were dealt with quickly and professionally by the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing as well as the staff. My loved one can be cranky and occasionally gives the staff a piece of her mind but they handle it well, in fact far better than i do. Do they need to fix some things yes, they most assuredly do, especially the building. It's on the older side but I'm sure that is an issue the leadership at the local level can't deal with. My advice to management would be to fight harder for more money for your building and staff but so far well done!”
