The Bike Hub Store is an excellent company to do business with. The owner, who communicated with me personally, was very friendly and helpful on the phone before I placed my order and the parts arrived quickly. I will definitely be back when I build my next set of wheels. I wish I knew more people into cycling so I could send them all his way. Best customer experience I've ever had in the world of bikes.

Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting components for my new wheelset. He was able to get me back to riding days after a hub failure from one of the big names after only 8 months of riding. It was another week before I even heard back from the OEM.
His house brands of hubs, Bitex, was lighter and more durable than the big brand components. 5,000 miles later I have no regrets - great quality and performance.
