Mega Plumbing was easy to get in touch with, schedule an appointment and help with any questions. The techs arrived within their quoted 3-hour window and did an amazing job installing our dishwasher.
Our kitchen can be troublesome with the slate tile flooring we had installed after purchasing our home. But the guys had no problem whatsoever, were extremely patient, very nice and did an outstanding job overall. They also took time to show us the basics of the new appliance, warranty information, etc. Best appliance install/service I've had yet. -

He was very friendly and professional, great with our dog, completed quality work in a timely manner, and cleaned up his work space before he left. We will definitely use Mike with Mega Plumbing again, and would highly recommend his service to anyone.
