Elevate Roofing and Exteriors

Elevate roofing helped me out when I needed some roof repair due to a shoddy roof replacement done by a previous roofing company. Eddie came out not once, but twice to replace shingles and fix other areas needing repair. He was friendly and professional. We are thankful that he was able to help us out in a pinch and will be calling him for any roofing needs in the future!

Hail got my roof. Brandon the manager from Elevate came. He was professional and knew what he was doing, they gave me the best price and a great crew.

Working with Elevate Roofing was a very pleasant experience. I decided to write a review at least a year after the job was completed so that the new roof would see a lot of severe weather. And in the last 14 months, we have experienced in Easley, SC some very violent storms, heavy rains and very high wind. The new roof has held up perfectly.

The supervisor on the job was Chad Caldwell. He was very professional and very thorough. First, he inspected the roof and reported hail damage. This would account for the ceiling leaks in the upper bedroom. He then explained the entire process, answering all of my questions. He coordinated the job with my insurance company (Safeco) and about 8 days later, he and his crew arrived early one morning and completed the job by late afternoon. The cleanup and the nail pickup was well done. The new roof looked spectacular compared to the old one. The whole process was hassle free.

I would definitely recommend Elevate Roofing and Exteriors in the future, and would definitely recommend that Chad be the job supervisor.
