From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a smile that turned into laughter by the kindest nurse ( Kim). She really helped us not feel so anxious. Once we got to the pre-op, Nurse Ashley also greeted us with a smile. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. Thank you for making a stressful situation a calming experience.
Dr. Porfilio and staff performed cataract surgery on my right eye. The staff kept me informed weeks before the surgery and the morning of the surgery. All my questions were answered so I felt relaxed going in. Dr. Porfilio visited with me and my son before surgery so no surprises just a comfortable environment. That evening Dr. Porfilio called me to check how I was doing. Feel great about choosing him to do my surgery.
From walking through the front door till heading out the doors after cataract surgery, this was absolutely a perfect experience .
From Kim, the receptionist, to Ashley ( the first nurse to care for me), all the medical personnel were outstanding!
Not only was the surgery center spotlessly clean, but the atmosphere was soothing and reassuring.

I went in Tuesday for a routine outpatient procedure and could not have been treated better. The entire experience from check in to check out was great. The entire staff is so kind and friendly while being professional and darn good at their jobs. They made sure I was comfortable (that warm blanket is amazing) the whole time. I was impressed with how clean and organized everything was also. And they just called to make sure I was still doing well!
From front office Miss Kim is a bright light for patients and family of patients. We laugh and we just found joy in the midst of surgery! In back Nurse Ashley was very professional but I managed to get good laughs with her too. Dr Justin Fowler what a personable professional Podiatrist. The anesthesiologist was fun to speak with too. The operating room nurse Steve oh yeah a hoot big time! All staff front to back I encountered was a joy! Kudos to all!
