Very attractive apartment home with an upscale vibe. The neighborhood is nice and well maintained. Who wouldn’t want to live across from the Tanger Outlets.

My overall experience has been wonderful here. I enjoy the convenience of location, the neighborhood, some residents seem nice, and the staff are very welcoming and down to earth. I've enjoyed walking to the pool, the outlets, and even to the grocery store. Everything has been smooth and easy living here. If I had a complaint it would be some residents do not clean up after their pets, so sometimes it smells outside. Also some residents have very big pets with lots of fur and the fur gathers on the steps and rails ending up on your clothes....it can be annoying when you have pet allergies. Other than that, this is a great apartment complex and I've really enjoyed living here. I hope to stay for a while!

You're not living unless you are living at Carden place. I just love coming home and turning into my community, seeing the beautiful landscape and how well-kept my community is makes me very proud. The convenience of everything around me is so amazing and I'm just overwhelmed. I commute an hour to and from work everyday and I'm proud to call Carden place my home.

I've been a tenant for almost four years here at CP and my time here has been amazing. I. rarely had any issues other than a light bulb going out a time or two and even that was replaced promptly. The apartments are nice and spacious. The complex/community is very well kept, clean, and safe. Not to mention that the locality is super convenient to shopping and dining. I'd recommend 10/10.
