    I've been a patient of Dr Burnett aka Chuck since 2011. He has always been kind & professional!!! Never have I had a negative experience with him. He has always worked with my extenuating circumstances. So glad to have found such a great place!

    Chuck is a great psychologist. He's an older gentlemen and very easy going. I felt a need to write this review after seeing someone else's one star bad review. What that review describes is in stark contrast to my experience over the past couple of years. Chuck has always been accommodating and understanding. I too missed an appointment once. Chuck obviously wasn't pleased about it... I attribute this to him being a human. I would understand if he charged me a fee for missing subsequent visits, but I didn't miss any more appointments and nothing more came of it.

    I cannot speak as to what happened to cause that person to write a bad review. I can however inform you of my experience, which has been the exact opposite.
