First Source Equipment Rental

These people are fantastic. I was in a position where I needed a high reach in a hurry, and Matt had one delivered in 45 minutes.

I have to publicly apologize about First Source
Rental. I previously stated about about bad experience I had and gave a 1 star. Today I returned a rental, John Scott met me in the yard at the Mebane location, he wanted to discuss what had happened and why I was a happy customer. We talked, he apologized and was super nice to me, that was all I could have asked for, but he went farther by personally taking care of the rental, ( I told him you don’t have to do this, the apology was enough, but he wasn’t taking no for an answer, he did what he said and he went way overboard to make me satisfied) I didn’t want something for nothing, I just wanted service and my complaint to be heard. That being said Scott is true to his word and try’s to run an honest business. I just wanted to share my update as
Scott provided great service and talk to me like he knew me for years. I hopefully be dealing with him some by more in the future.

Matt at the Mebane store was very helpful and walked me through picking out and renting the equipment I needed for septic work. He also gave me a brief crash course in operating said equipment. Randall, the man who dropped off my equipment, was very accommodating and made sure to answer any and all questions I had about the machine and return policy.
My entire experience has been very professional and accommodating.

This is the 2nd time we have rented from them and whether on the phone or in person their service is friendly, courteous and thorough. Questions are answered and they ensure that before the equipment leaves one knows how to use it. The equipment is clean and in excellent working order. The cost is fair and I highly recommend First Source for equipment rental needs. Additionally they have a stocked store for last minute needs. They easily get 5 stars and we will continue to rent from them.
