I needed some stones reset into a new ring and they helped me every step of they way. We had to order a custom ring that I found and Ashley helped me find wedding bands and design ideas to go with it and Rob customized the entire set for me. It was a team effort and so much fun. I am so happy with the beauty of my new one of a kind wedding set. I can’t wait to go back and create something else.

I had a ring that needed to be sized up one size. Every other jeweler stated it would cost at least 250.00. None of them mentioned to me that the diamonds on the left side of the ring was loose. BUT LOOK AT GOD! When Rob and Ashley sized it up the diamonds on the side tightened up. I was able to take the money I had set aside for the additional repair for the ring and use it to help one of my brothers and sisters in need. Thank you Rob abd Ashley Howard. Blessings
