Carmen is the by far the best therapist I have met and she has helped our entire family through some incredibly difficult times. She has a different and fresh perspective to therapy and can relate to children/adolescents as well as parents and couples. Being a mother she can relate to the struggles children bring to life and relationships. She is very good at getting to the root of the problem and is amazing at helping resolve what seemed like insurmountable issues before meeting her. Carmen has done so much for our family and we are so grateful for the help.
