I am a Dad far away from my daughter who needed help out of a situation that left her in pickle. She needed a car pronto. We are not wealthy by any means but this is my daughter and I am going to help in any way possible. I found several cars that her budget could handle but only two were good cars that fit my daughters needs. One belonged to Mike at Mebane Auto Trading. I dealt with Mike over the phone and called him several times trying to get info about the car...and every time he was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Remember...I am many miles away and could not go in person, so you can imagine how much I must have been calling and checking and double checking. Mike was great each time and walked me through the process so when my daughter and her friend (another great person ) arrived, thanks to Mike, they were prepared for a purchase of this vehicle if it met their expectations. Mike knew my daughter's predicament and he came through with flying colors. My daughter liked the car and got it. Thank God, because she needed a car NOW and Mike even stayed a bit after hours to make it happen. By the way....I mentioned I found two cars...well I kinda liked the other car as my choice, but the other car dealer did not call me back and I left several messages. I know car dealers a pulled in 100 different directions and getting instant service is not going to happen every time, but with Mike IT DID....Mike won.
