  If you need carpet or upholstery cleaning, I would definitely recommend Troff. The level of service was phenomenal from my initial contact to inquire until Daniel left. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the services they were offering. He explained in detail what he was doing and pointed out things he wanted me to be aware of as well as providing professional recommendations on what the issue was or what caused it. I will definitely be calling them back when the need arises.

  I’ve used Troff for carpet cleaning for almost 3 years. Every time my carpets look like brand new!! They are professional, friendly and always on time. I highly recommend Troff Carpet Cleaning!!

  Troff is the only company I ueduse for my carpet cleaning. Always a very friendly voice on the phone, Julie seems more like a friend than scheduler, she is the voice of Troff.
  
  The guys that come out to do the jobs are always clean, well groomed and just wonderful. Kind, caring and compassionate, they care for their customers and treat you with respect.

  I bought my house back in 2014. Previous owners had dogs and when it rained, the entire house smelled like wet dog. We only had 2 rooms that had carpet but we felt strongly that getting them cleaned would solve the problem. I initially called a few other places before contacting Troff but found their customer service to be lacking as well as their ability to return phone calls. That’s when I gave Troff a call and was immediately greeted by a nice lady answering the phone. I asked all sorts of questions and told her my concerns and she walked me through everything. At anytime if I called, she answered and promptly helped me. The day of, 2 guys came and took care of the rooms that needed cleaning. They were in and out so fast that I wondered if they did a good job. My concerns were put to rest when the next time it rained, not a single trace of dog smell could be found. From the customer service to the cleaning job itself, I couldn’t have been more pleased with hiring Troff to clean my carpets. Will definitely use them again if needed.
