  The folks here are extremely knowledgeable about their niche industry. I purchased a high end vacuum from them almost two years ago now and it was a great recommendation. They let us try multiple models. The price was way below the competition that I found online. Went in a few days ago to see about repair of my carpet steamer. They don't work on them, but the staff took the time to attempt to help me find a replacement part. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with then.

  Great people, always helpful, I've had my vacuum over 7 years and only had to bring it in once, they took care of it and haven't had any other problems, normal wear
