Verizon Authorized Retailer – Cellular Sales

  I came in to get my screen protector replaced which I knew would cost $10. I go in and the man takes off the old one and puts on the new one without even wiping my screen. Afterwards he looks at how he did and says “actually it’s free” so I think great and leave. Then when I get to look at it I notice it’s crooked and also has dirt underneath from where he didn’t wipe my screen beforehand, therefore this caused air bubbles that wouldn’t go away. I’m going to try to go back and see if they’ll replace it and do it right this time.
  
  Update: I called the store this morning and spoke to two people. I was told the store leader was there, I believe his name was Drew, and I spoke to him and he said he’d replace it for free and I told him I’d come by after work. A few minutes later he calls me back and asks where I work. A few hours later he shows up at my job and fixes my screen protector within minutes. It was a super easy process and really nice of him to do that. So thank you.

  Mark T was my salesguy. He went out of his way to make sure I knew of the latest special. He set an appointment with me, and took the time to answer all of my questions, makes sure I had the info, and was comfortable with what I was switching to coming from another carrier. He got me and my family set up with new phones at a great deal. Great sales person. Great store. I am very pleased.

  I had a great experience at this location! I walked in a little heated over some things on my bill, and Xavier was extremely professional and understanding. I was in and out with the issue resolved no time.

  Harrison was a hero today in helping us switch to 3 new phones. He was quick, professional, attentive, and provided the best in customer care. Will definitely keep him on our go to list for Verizon help. He even reached out to us tonight to make sure we were all set. The best.

  An amazing experience with Mr. Harrison! He was quick and attentive to our family who purchased three new phones today. He was highly helpful and ready to do whatever we needed to do for our phones. Best customer service ever.
