Floyd was very helpful and knowledgeable, would highly recommend, great place to shop for vineyard supplies
Outstanding customer support and great quality supplies. We ordered 1,000 metal trellises, and the pallets weighed about 10,000 pounds. This was too heavy for our forklift to pick up from the trailer, so Floyd from Orchard Valley Supply worked with the shipping company and got them to leave the trailer at our vineyard overnight, allowing us to get the trellises off the truck in smaller pieces. If/when we expand our vineyard, we will be returning customers!
