“I'm not sure about all the complaints. I usually go online and schedule appointments and it lets you see all the dr's available for sick visits. I had a recent medical issue and my Doc didn't have any available appts and I look at the schedule online(log into my atrium acct) and chose a next day Appt with Dr. Pittman. I've seen a few complaints about her and I have to say she was nothing like what I have read. Very competent, asked right questions, and I didn't have a wait, and my issues were addressed immediately. All I ever ask is that the Dr. Is good at being a Dr. Being kind is a bonus. I like her. Some complaints were about referrals to specialists, and unfortunately the days of HMO's are long gone. There you had facilities that had almost all specialists under one roof and the diagnostic equipment. I had to go elsewhere for certain tests and have to see "others" too. Maybe if we complained about the non seamless care to officials maybe things will change. Again. I have no complaints about this office.”

“I saw Dr. Narayanan because my regular doctor was out of the office. She had an excellent bedside manner and was so attentive to my concerns. She spoke to me with kindness and compassion and then examined me. Dr. Narayanan explained the medicine she was prescribing and assured me of no interactions with my current medications. Very nice doctor and I would recommend her if you need a PCP!”

Waiting room is warm and cozy and employees were very nice.Updated 1 week later: Husband took our 2nd car here for inspection on a week day this time. Waited 15 minutes. In and out, no problem. This is our new place.”

Kyle, the assistant manager, was able to resolve a slight misunderstanding in a very professional and caring manner. I like that he went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the service. They took their time and really made my interior shine! It is Under New Management currently and they are really taking positive steps to get this place fixed up and ready they really seem to be doing quite a good job. The office is being renovated the security systems being renovated and Anthony, the guy that's working the office there now is so incredibly helpful and Professional. The facility seems clean and organized and well maintained over alll. I would strongly suggest this place for your storage needs.”

“I have suffered from terrible maxillary sinus pain for approximately 20 yrs. I had been routinely been going to Dr Segarro for muscular neck pain. On my very last visit Of my treatment plan I mentioned pain at the base of my skull. Little did I know that the last treatment would lead to a saving grace. After the last treatment, I was pain free in my sinus areas. My primary care had referred me to an allergist. They wanted to do an array of allergy testing. Thanks to Dr Segarro’s adjustments, that was never needed. Trust in his care. I highly recommend his service and staff. ❤️”

“As a software developer, I sit in a chair for long stretches of time. Consequently, this caused chronic neck and lower back pain. I went to Dr. Segarra and he has been highly effective in treating these conditions. I'm now able to hold my head straight ahead while reading or looking at a computer screen. He is a very caring doctor. He spends considerable time in learning about my activities so that he can provide the best treatment. He also spends adequate time with me in the Exam Room. On one occasion I suffered from vertigo - the whole room was spinning. Worst thing I ever experienced! I went to Dr. Segarra and he treated me by doing some adjustments. It solved the problem and I have not had vertigo ever since. He is meticulous, caring, and diligent. I highly recommend him.”

“Holly, our travel agent, was great! She helped us plan our entire vacation from beginning to end. She pays close attention to detail for things like how to set up your fast passes, what rides you shouldn’t need passes for, and what are the must do’s at each park. We stayed at the All Star Music Resort, and got the quick service meal plan which was suggested by Holly. The service there was great, and the meal plan seemed to be the perfect amount of meals and snacks. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! We are very thankful for Holly’s expertise and helping us plan out what has been our favorite vacation ever! Thank you!!”

John listened to what we wanted, gave us excellent advice, and hooked us up with a great deal on a beautiful Marin bike. He also built up two mail-order Diamondbacks that we probably should not have bought (and did not get from him), but he "owned" them both anyway, making sure that they were built and accessorized correctly and that we were happy with them. John offers the kind of small-town service you rarely get in the big city.”

“Great customer service. My car had some rusted lug nuts and broken studs, and a couple other mechanics said they couldn't take off the front wheels, and even recommended I go to a body shop to get the nuts drilled off. I took my car into C&S and Victor was quick to fix the problem, no fuss, no complications, for what I thought was a reasonable price. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was done by the end of the day. He even installed brake pads and rotors that I had bought myself. This is the best auto care place in the Charlotte area that I've been to so far.”
