Its like living in an apartment. Joyce the manager was very accommodating for our needs. She is very nice and professional. Absolutely love this place.Will certainly stay here again!!

(January 11, 2018, 11:44 pm)Ansolutely loved staying here!!! My husband and I moved to Concord suddenly for his job and stayed at this hotel for 4 weeks while looking for an apartment. Its the perfect hybrid of hotel and apartment and the kitchen comes pretty well stocked for two people, you just bring the food. Payed by the week and there was a weekly cleaning for new linens and clean floors and other surfaces. Very affordable and would recommend to anyone, including friends and family to stay here if they need a long term hotel stay. Staff were also very polite and professional.

The full kitchen has a very small selection of essentials, but they're surprisingly good quality for a rental (a good nonstick pan for making eggs - thank you!!). Pleasant staff. Looks like they'd recently renovated - floors, paint and some of the furniture are brand new. Comfy bed. Decent TV and Wi-Fi. It may not be fancy, but we were very pleased.

(November 28, 2016, 3:35 pm)I can NOT speak high enough about this place! Not only is the price fantastic but the rooms are just as comfortable as home (maybe better). My husband and I stayed in the standard suite and LOVED it! The room was so clean, the hardwood floors give a high end feel, but the price says affordable and they mean it. The best part about this place was the mattress was extremely comfortable. I've stayed in 5 star resorts that had mattresses that weren't as comfy as these, and quality sleep is very important to me. Joyce was extremely helpful and made herself available to assist us on our unusual check in day, and she was so patient with me on several questions I asked. The kitchen really is fully stocked so all you need is groceries! It was a very quiet and relaxing place to stay and I plan to stay only here every time I visit Charlotte/Concord area. Superb job!!!!!
