  I frequent this UPS location on a weekly basis and have consistently been impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge of everyone working there. I recently dropped off several large boxes and the shipping label on one of the boxes somehow came off without my knowledge. The owner of the store went above and beyond in order to contact me, searching on Facebook and even contacting the storage unit where I store product for my job. Instead of giving up, Karen Cornett tenaciously explored all avenues in order to let me know that the box couldn't be shipped due to the missing label. I was able to drop by the day she contacted me with a new label and the box is on its way. Thank you so much!!! I will definitely continue to do business with this location. I highly recommend UPS Store #5529.

  I didn’t have the best experience but I expressed how I felt and I got a personal call and apology. That really means a lot and shows me that they care, I’m happy with the customer service and will continue to do business with them.

  Love this place cuz they have nice people with their own nice personality and best of it they show people how they want to help cuz they care and that’s y I care and most of all,this is gonna be my only fvrte spot of mine to be coming there to send my stuffs and all that but it doesn’t matter the price but the people in the their their just so great...????✌️????????????????????

  Both of them are nice and hard working people. I've been going to them for 2 years now and never a bad experience. There is times I have to wait in line but that's business. I have went to pick up mail and realized I forgot the key. They smile and gladly get it for me. Would recommend this store to anyone and I will continue to do business there.

  OMG! Thank you Whitney! I have not had a customer service experience like that! So I ordered a bar cart from Overstock that just didn’t work out. I was thinking twice about returning it due to the weight of the box, could not get out the box to close properly and then the cost of shipping it back... just too much! Well, as soon as I walked in the store I told Whitney my situation. She followed me to my car and helped me get the box in the store and helped me secure it. She assisted me with everything to getting this item returned with ease and a great attitude! She was so Awesome! If you have to return something that might be a headache, go see Whitney. She is definitely an expert at what she does! Thanks again!
