(February 14, 2019, 4:28 pm)I always have a great experience with Hendrick Kia service. Waiting room is nicely equipped with ports for charging electronics, popcorn, machine, bottled waters, coffee, tea, etc.
Kristine kept me informed every step of the way as I was there for several hours because of the multiple services i requested for me car.
Associates are very personable and professional.
I drive all the way from South Charlotte because of the great service experience. -

He gave me an estimate of how long my car would take, not only was my car done before the estimate it was done correctly. I really appreciate honesty when it comes to repair times so i can accurately schedule my day. Really impressive service team u guys got there, smooth and organized. I work with other dealerships that are not this smooth and seamless even with more people on their staff.

Ask for Shane, he was professional, kind, and helpful. He helped us find the perfect car for our family! We love it and will recommend him to everyone. It was such a blessing to find an honest salesman.

He keeps me informed of what's happening with my vehicle and he is always accommodating. If you're in the Concord area, check them out and ask for Oscar. You won't be disappointed.
