He helped provide us with some great options/suggetsitons for financing and made the whole process of closing on our home easier than I could have ever imagined. (November 28, 2018, 5:52 pm)I normally don’t leave reviews, but moving due to job relocation Chris did a great job renting our home quickly. Professionally handled a few repairs for us and have great tenants in our home.
(August 23, 2018, 12:34 pm)We've had such a great experience with Chris Blackmon. We were worried we weren't able to sell the home by the summer with all the remodeling we were doing. We also lived 3hrs away from the home we were trying to sell, so it was a taxing 6 months. We finally got an offer 2 months after we put it on the market and we didn't have to present for the closing; he was able to keep us posted about the status of the sell of the home. It was a smooth process!
