(March 8, 2019, 1:56 pm)Considering the circumstances of having my new vehicle get a repair, this was by far my one of my best customer care experiences. Deanna Stallings was my advisor. She called me within the first 2 hours of me reporting my accident to USAA insurance. She was very flexible with my schedule and arranged for me to bring in my vehicle when I was available. Once I arrived, I met Casey who work in the vehicle repair portion and they both make a phenomenal team. They gave me a timeframe of completion. Once I left the shop, which was literally within 30 minutes. I left with all my answers and feeling good about leaving my there. Thru the process, I was kept informed of the whole repair process via emails and text messages. This was awesome because I didn’t have to question what the status of my vehicle was. The date of pick up, my car was clean and Deanna has my car really to roll. My vehicle looks brand new and the repair team was professional, courteous and responsive! Hopefully I won’t have to ever come back for a repair, but if I did I would come back to this collision center. Hands down!! Thank you all for making this experience a pleasant one.

(February 19, 2019, 7:49 pm)I would like to take a Moment to highly recommend the Hendrick Collision Center of Concord NC with 5 Stars all the way and here's why... I have a rare 2004 VW Phaeton W12 4Motion, I needed a new bumper installed and painted to match the excellent condition and age of the car. I spoke with Shelby where she and her staff took excellent care of me and my car with a great price too. I got the car back in a reasonable amount of time and was highly impressed with the staff's professionalism, communication and skilled, quality craftsmanship (those guys in the shop are Best of the Best ! ). If you need body work, paint work, or even just a touch up- The Hendrick Collision Center of Concord staff and Shelby will take good care of you too !

(February 15, 2019, 8:04 am)Jarred was friendly and professional. He kept me informed every step of the way. My car was ready almost a week early. Hendrick collision has repaired two vehicles for me. Both looked brand new when completed. I would recommend Hendrick Collision to anyone needing repairs.
