Mr.Storage and Uhaul Concord

I do not write reviews often, but when our experience has been outstanding and I feel confident in recommending Mr Storage! We began communicating with Amy at Mr Storage months before we moved to the Concord area. Not only did she assist us with U-Haul arrangements, she was instrumental in explaining which locations (Mr Storage has several in the area) were the most accessible to our residence. If you’ve ever moved to a new place, you understand how a kind and informative person eases some of your stress! Mr Storage was able to store all of our household belongings and a boat and wave runner as well! Such an accommodating and personable business to work with- we highly recommend giving Mr Storage a call ! You won’t regret it ????

Second time renting at Mr. Storage and I have been impressed both times. I worked with John yesterday and he went above and beyond helping me get setup for my storage unit. The facility is clean and easy to get into. I am very happy with Mr. Storage and I will keep using them because of their fair pricing and excellent customer service!

This place was amazing. They helped with finding storage for a sudden move. Very understanding and easy to talk to but still professional. The manager works closely with you to help meet and accommodate your needs as best as possible.
