Each section of the gym is well maintained and the people who come in and use it are respectful of the area, taking care of the machines, wiping them down and helping keep it clean themselves. Love this gym and will continue to come.

(October 31, 2018, 6:54 pm)Extensive selection of strength training and cardio equipment. Very reasonable rates. Friendly staff. Few showers in otherwise decent male locker room, but not an issue since seldom used. No day care if you have kids in tow. Overall, a great facility for adults wanting to work out.
