Back again! If I’m buying diamonds I’m seeing Miss Debbie Wood! My favorite jeweler for 37 years. When my wife finds out where I’ve been the last couple of days…..she’s gonna smile big, rockamoly biggie big stone!

Updated review I spoke with Mrs. Cynthia Perry the manager she really listened to my concerns and spoke with the associate. She is really committed to great customer service. I feel better knowing that the situation was handled by management and I would be glad to go back in the future knowing that.

I have been going to this Jared for years since 2015 and have had great service from many different employees of this store so I hate that I have to leave this negative review.

My visit this past Sunday just didn’t sit well with me. I had the rudest associate ever! Her name was Cynthia T.

As soon as I told her what I was there for which was first to get a necklace of mines fixed the first thing she said was “Are you sure you got this from here? I haven’t seen this here before”. She didn’t even pull up my account before asking just assuming I don’t know where I got it from.

Next I said I need to get MY ring sized as well. She looks at MY ring I took off MY finger and asked me “Is this your ring?” I said “Yes” she then did a snarky laugh. I’m not sure what she was trying to imply as if I couldn’t own a nice ring or that my ring wasn’t nice.

It did not end there I tried to ignore all of that when she finished I said thanks have a good day. This lady looked at me and simply said “Thanks” not you too just thanks. I have years of customer service experience and it’s just common courtesy to say you too.

I came with my 4 children and husband they have this play area that they love 3 of ‘em were able to play while I was being assisted so I went over there to gather them and let them know it was time to go. As we were walking to the door she, loudly said to my husband from the back of the store to my husband at the door “Mr. Carr! Do you have ALL your kids?” That put the icing on the cake for me. I was just flabbergasted how someone could be so rude at an establishment where you pay so much money for their items. I will likely avoid this Jared from now on! We have spent too much money with Jared to be treated with such disrespect.

We have been shopping at Jared for over 12 years. We follow Jeff everywhere he goes. We are always pleased with his help and knowledge with all our purchases. He’s great!

We have been a customer of Jared for a little over seven years. My husband and I have purchased our jewelry exclusively from Jeff and Jared over this time. We go out of our way to come back to the store time and time again. Jeff is absolutely hands-down the best. He takes care of us every time, whether we are purchasing new, going in for a cleaning, or going in for inspection. We are pleased every time we walk out of there with the level of professionalism, service, and expertise that we receive from Jeff. Jeff goes above and beyond every time! If you are looking for a jeweler or contemplating giving Jared a try, you won’t be disappointed.
