I purchased a 2016 BMW X4 M40I from Alta Auto Group in North Carolina, online for the first time while in Georgia. My inquire lead to Jennifer (Elite Sales Professional) immediately following up to all my questions and concerns. Working with me over the phone, through email, text message and facetime, but never pushy. Jennifer is professional, responsive, REAL and relatable going far above and beyond what ANYONE would ever expect…….like for real the woman is Amazing!!!!!!!!!!! She provided me with a facetime tour of their stunning dealership and even laid on the ground practically under the car just to provide me with a view of the undercarriage. Terrific car, reasonable price, Isaiah (finance manager) came in no pressure friendly and closed the deal. I choose to use a 3rd party shipper (Automotive transport solution (DO NOT USE)) unaffiliated with Alta Auto Group. This was my ONLY issue throughout this process. Despite not being connected to the deceitful business Jennifer manage to follow up daily including after hours and weekends until I received my car. My car arrived today and looks fantastic, I will be referring family and friends to Alta Auto Group despite the fact it is out of state.

This was my first time purchasing a car remotely and I was feeling nervous about the process. However, Rico and the team helped ease all my concerns throughout the buying process and we’re not pushy with the sale. Overall I am happy with the purchase of my 4Runner and the financing option they were able to get me. One thing I would note is if you plan to buy remotely it will take sometime to process paperwork and ship the car which is something to consider if you need a car immediately.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from an unassuming building. Once through the doors it’s HEAVEN !! There’s beautiful one of a kind cars perfectly displayed looking at you instantly. If you’re looking for something special to add to your collection this is the place. Jennifer (J.O.) and Justin G went above and beyond to make it a smooth transaction. I don’t think I saw one person that wasn’t smiling. It’s that kind of place !!
