  I recently asked for a little help from the Harrisburg, NC Meineke team with a trailer hitch ball. The team was able to fix the issue and did not charge me for the small amount of work. I have taken my car there several times and have always had great service. Thank you for your help.

  I stopped by yesterday for an oil change and was advised it would be about 90 minutes. I called after an hour to check on the status and was told it hadn’t been started. When I stopped by at about 2 hours, they were just bringing the vehicle into the shop to begin the work. I cancelled the service and left, since I didn’t want to spend another 2 hours waiting for an oil change. It shouldn’t take that long for an oil change. If it does, be up front with the estimated time.

  The business called to explain the situation and apologize for the incorrect time estimate. They were able to schedule a follow up appointment. I’m appreciative they took the time to follow up and improve on this.

  They were courteous but the most important thing that I appreciated about this business is that the person in the front office always had on a mask and wore it properly. There were signs everywhere indicating how important masks are. They also had sent me a great coupon in my email that saved me quite a bit of money!!

  Excellent service with friendly atmosphere. The receptionist had a warm welcoming smile. My first time at this location on Saturday October 10 2020 at around 10:30am Service was extremely quick. Tech took care of service with great price. Awesome good. ?

  Had a great experience with this Meineke. Kellie (I think that’s how you spell it) and her team did an extraordinary job on my Mercedes and got it back to me on time in great condition! Thanks Meineke team!
