Helen was a pleasure to work with. From my first conversation with her, I could tell she is passionate about what she does. Everything went very smoothly for us, even though our baby girl decided to come earlier than anticipated. Helen made it very easy for me and I didn't have to worry my wife over arranging for her placenta encapsulation, because Helen was there to take care of it all. Very professional drivers also! I have used Aussie Doula for both of my pregnancies, and would highly recommend the AD team to all expecting mothers. Both Helen and Raquel were responsive and involved throughout pregnancy, but also so helpful throughout labor and delivery. They brought a sense of calmness and reassurance, not to mention a wealth of knowledge to help make the process run smoothly. My family is very grateful for the AD team!

I have used Helen for placenta encapsulation for all three of my pregnancies. I’m a strong believer in placenta encapsulation. Really helped with my moods, milk production and fatigue. It was one of the best postpartum things I could have done for myself.

I could not have been happier with my experience with Aussie Doula. Carley, my doula, was incredible and supported me so well as a first time mom. She helped me understand what would happen, what my options were in the hospital, and how to create my birth plan. During labor, she supported my husband and me and advocated for what we wanted to do as parents. I truly believe she played a huge part in helping me achieve the medication free birth I desired. Helen also checked in on us along the way and made sure we had everything we needed while answering all of our questions. If you are even thinking about hiring a doula, go with Aussie Doula!! It’s an amazing investment in your birth experience.

I cannot recommend Helen, Nicole, and the Aussie Doula team enough! I can’t imagine my labor and delivery without the supportive and calming presence of Helen. As a first time mom, I was VERY anxious for an unmedicated vaginal delivery, and I couldn’t have done it without Helen and Nicole. Helen always knew what I needed before I even knew I needed it - whether that was a cool washcloth, a portable fan, or a sip of juice. I can’t imagine ever giving birth without a doula, but Helen and her team are the best of the best! Her team is full of experienced, supportive women who form a community around you for your pregnancy, delivery and beyond!
