My wife and I have used Frake's for many years now. We have owned 7 different volvo cars over the past 30 years, and Frake's always has the best prices, is always very pleasant, and our service experience with him has always been much better than our experience with the local Volvo dealers in the Charlotte area.
I put a review in of five stars for Frakes. For some reason it got changed to one. Maybe this was my fault I am not sure. It should have been 5. This was the third mechanic to try and diagnose what was wrong with my car. He knew within 5 minutes what was wrong. If you have a Volvo I would recommend you see this gentleman. Had I gone to a dealer I am sure it would have been at least 5 times the cost. I apologize to him for this!
