All due to the efforts of your colleague AVP Crystal M. Gainous! She assisted me with a payment issue involving BB&T and my credit card company. Crystal made a conference call to the company in my presence, verified the information, took notes and resolved the issue in 15 minutes. She partnered with me by actively engaging the associate to find the root of the problem and offered assistance on how to avoid this from happening in the future.
